Julie was born and raised in Davenport, Iowa. She attended Northeast Missouri State University in Kirksville, MO, for three years, then transferred to graduate from the University of Iowa with a BS in Biology. She attended PT school at North Georgia College in Dahlonega, GA.
She lived in TN for 24 years, raising her two boys, Derek and Drew. She enjoys traveling, hiking, being outdoors, and watching football. She has remodeled and flipped multiple houses, doing most of the work herself. She even bought and sold a hobby farm, which included chickens, goats, rabbits, dogs, and a horse.
