Jessie Hernandez, PT, DPT is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program, with a specialized focus in pelvic health. She has completed Pelvic Floor Level 1 and Level 2A training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and is currently pursuing advanced certification in Pregnancy and Postpartum Rehabilitation to further support women through every stage of motherhood.
Jessie’s clinical background includes orthopedic, neuromuscular, and pelvic health physical therapy, allowing her to provide a comprehensive approach grounded in evidence-based practice and individualized care. She is passionate about helping individuals restore function, reduce pain, and reconnect with their bodies through compassionate, movement-focused treatment.
She is dedicated to expanding access to pelvic health education and empowering women with the knowledge and tools needed to feel confident throughout every season of life. Through patient-centered care and continued professional growth, Jessie strives to create a supportive environment where women feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their healthcare journey.
Outside of the clinic, Jessie enjoys traveling, spending meaningful time with family and friends, and soaking up the sunshine at the beach whenever possible.
