Alayna is a native of the SWFL area and is excited to work with the local community as a new graduate physical therapist. She earned her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Florida Southern College in 2022 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2026.
Alayna completed her final physical therapy clinical internship at Total Therapy Florida and is proud to continue as a licensed physical therapist with a team that values an individualized approach and patient-centered care.
Alayna ran cross country and track for 5 years throughout college and is passionate about sports, exercise, and the idea that movement is medicine. She continues to stay active with running, biking, paddle boarding, and playing disc golf while she also enjoys a relaxing day at the beach. She is passionate about helping patients achieve better function and live more fulfilling lives.
