Alexa Kantzavelos

Before becoming a physical therapist, Alexa worked as a physical therapist assistant for six years. She enjoys the outpatient setting, where she helps motivate patients to improve their quality of life while empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

Born and raised in Chicago, Alexa spent 10 years in Austin, Texas, before moving to Port Charlotte in June 2026. Outside of treating patients, she enjoys trying new restaurants with her husband and spending time with their two dogs, Buck and Olive. She also loves shelling, spending time at the beach, tackling DIY home projects, and embracing her life as a proud plant lady.
