Ashley Pelose

Ashley began her journey into the physical therapy world as a patient with multiple sports injuries; she then wanted to help others overcome injuries, just as her physical therapists had helped her. With a Bachelor's degree in Health Science from the University of South Florida and a Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Daytona State College, she excels in implementing tailored treatment plans to enhance mobility and reduce pain. Known for her empathetic approach and commitment to patient education, Ashley works closely with physical therapists to support patients on their journey to recovery. Outside work, she enjoys playing softball, competing in obstacle course races, paddleboarding, and spending time with her dog, Riley.
