Chris relocated back to Florida from Montana to join Total Therapy FL in 2026. Prior to earning his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana, he had a career in health and fitness, with an emphasis on strength and conditioning, sports performance, and post-rehab personal training.
Chris is passionate about helping individuals maximize their function and performance and return to activities after injury. Outside of work, Chris stays active with strength training and outdoor activities like skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and playing golf. He enjoys traveling and gaining new experiences with his wife and two French bulldogs.
