Jay Wilhelm

He was inspired to pursue physical therapy after helping his mom through her recovery from a frozen shoulder diagnosis. Jay then earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2024. He is motivated by the hands-on, patient-centered approach at Total Therapy Florida, where he is committed to providing individualized care. Outside of work, Jay enjoys powerlifting, running, and reading, which help him stay active, knowledgeable, and engaged with fitness and rehabilitation. Jay is excited to apply his expertise and passion for physical therapy to help his patients reach their full potential and lead healthier lives.
