Karin Barney

Since graduating, Karin has worked in the outpatient clinical setting and mobile setting, specializing in manual therapy techniques, geriatrics, orthopedics, joint replacement rehabilitation, pain management, as well as balance and proprioception training. Karin treats each patient on their individual needs and focuses on restoring patients back to their previous level of function.

Karin relocated to Florida from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to pursue a physical therapy career. In addition to physical therapy, Karin also works as a surgical technologist in the operating room since graduation in 2012. Karin is married to her high school sweetheart and has 3 children. In her free time, she enjoys being involved with her church, spending time at the beach, reading, and traveling with her family.
