Mason Staggs

Mason graduated with his Bachelors in Exercise Science from Union University in 2014 and went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2018. From there, he pursued and completed an Orthopaedic Residency at the University of South Florida in 2019. During his residency, he was required to demonstrate academic excellence, advanced clinical reasoning, and manual therapy skills in the management of a variety of orthopaedic conditions, including post-operative care, back and neck pain, running injuries, athlete rehabilitation, and TMJ dysfunction. Following residency training, Mason qualified to sit for the specialty board certification exam in Orthopaedics, which he successfully completed in 2020 to become a Board- Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist and is one of only 16,000 other physical therapists who hold this title. Mason is an avid weightlifter, calisthenics athlete, and exercise enthusiast who is very passionate about treating active populations and helping them get back to doing the things they love.
