I am thrilled with Total Therapy. The staff I have met are so kind and helpful. Not only am I learning better practices to reduce the likelihood of reinjury but also learning so much more about how the body works. I would recommend this practice to anyone. My first experience with PT!! Met all the staff, and it felt more like a small family gathering every visit than a "medical" situation. Very knowledgeable staff - took the time to explain in detail what, why, and how, so it all was very comfortable. Not hoping for another injury, but I admit I miss my visits - they were actually fun!! HIGHLY recommend this place (and this staff!) if you need physical therapy.

I am an 86 year old woman with back issues and Justin Stiver and his staff have helped me so much. I was using their Osprey clinic but live in Englewood. It is so nice to have them here close. I am taking advantage of their wellness program to stay more flexible.. I highly recommend Dr. Stiver and his staff to make your quality of life better.

Fantastic experience! The entire staff was very professional and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Also the facility is clean and has new equipment. I've been to other clinics but this is the first one that I felt like the staff really cared. I would recommend Total Therapy to anyone!

Been to several different therapy offices over the years, Total Therapy is the best! Everyone working there is cheerful, caring and thoughtful. Kim has been very encouraging, though out my recovery from rotar cuff surgery. Would highly recommend.

A big shout out to Mark at Total Therapy Florida in Osprey. I started treatment with them last week and found them to be very friendly and professional. Mark found I had an additional problem with my scapula and has gone the extra mile to help me with that as well as my original shoulder issue. Today, I was seen by Russ who was equally knowledgeable and helpful with my treatment. I would highly recommend this facility for physical therapy.

The staff at Total Therapy Florida are incredible. They are professional, knowledgeable, and really improved my life, a total game changer. They focus on getting you better and teach your how small lifestyle changes can keep you strong and pain free. Their wellness program is not expensive and perfect for me, because it is a small, intimate, setting and you have skilled professionals overseeing the process. Started out with severe back pain. Total Therapy fl. was recommended to me by Dr Patel orthopedic surgeon. I am happy to report that after my final session of therapy I have no more back pain. It was an up and down battle. Feeling better some days and other days feeling worse. I was told that was how it usually goes. Over the several weeks of therapy the 3 therapists,Russ, Alec and Mark whom worked with me were all caring, professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them as so have several other of their patients whom I met at total therapy and others whom I knew in my neighborhood. Thank you Total Therapy fl.

The progress I have made with the great expertise of Mark has been so appreciated. Alec and others are so knowledgeable and each team member compliments the routines set up for me. I thought I had not one but two tennis elbows. It was Mark the revealed the problem was in my neck not arms. What a difference it has made in my flexibility, strength and a posture. If you need physical therapy, Total Therapy Florida is where to get great help and care. We both went to their newly-expanded location in Osprey on the Tamiami Trail near Blackburn Point Rd., which recently has been joined by another Total Therapy facility in Englewood at 3650 North Access Rd. near the S. McCall Rd. and Spinnaker Blvd. intersection. After describing our various pains, the friendly and well-trained staff – Russ, Mark, Alec, Brandon and Kim – guided and assisted us with a variety of exercises that addressed our specific concerns. Best of all, these therapists explain what each exercise is doing to increase our mobility and reduce our pain. And they give personal one-on-one attention throughout each therapy session. We felt physically and emotionally much better after going to Total Therapy Florida, and happily recommend them without reservation.

Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and helpful staff across the board. Had the opportunity to work with both Mark and Russ on a neck problem that was causing me pain. After several weeks of therapy, the pain is gone and I'm back to normal activities. They also provided me with exercises and suggestions to keep improving flexibility and strength. It is difficult to put into words how much I appreciate the help I received at Total Therapy. I had a car accident which resulted in low and mid back problems, including herniated discs. Alec and the whole team worked with me to get me back on my feet. Every week I felt like I made progress. I was not only impressed with their knowledge base, but also their communication skills and their professionalism. I experienced this first hand, but also in watching them work with the patients around me. After more than three months of therapy, I’m getting ready to be discharged. I would not hesitate to recommend Total Therapy to my friends, family and acquaintances.

The entire staff at Total Therapy are truly outstanding and have a sole purpose in helping you get stronger, get better, and simply improve the quality of your life. I chose Total Therapy because I had previous excellent experience with it when I had my left knee revised ten years ago. Now I needed therapy for my right knee revision complicated with right hip pain. When I walked in for my initial evaluation, I was greeted by a very friendly and professional staff. I was walking with much difficulty and pain using a cane. All of the therapists were certified and gave one-on-one therapy. The therapy sessions were custom made for my problem areas. I was able to provide input on my treatment and after each session I saw improvement. The facility was attractive and clean. Another big plus for me was that it was three miles from my house. I had problems getting into and out of my car. It hurt my knee and hip to drive very far. It was a blessing having it so close to me. I would not hesitate to recommend Total Therapy to anyone needing therapy. They are great!

When I started physical therapy with Mark I had significant pain and swelling in my knee which stopped me from doing many of my daily activities. As my therapy has just ended I am thrilled to say that I have no pain. I would highly recommend Total Therapy.

My husband has been to PT up north and in Florida. Total Therapy Florida was the only clinic that discussed the 'why's' and 'why not's' of his treatment plan. He got peace of mind, and understood why he was progressing at such a quick pace!!! He's back to his active-self, but misses going to see the therapists in the clinic!!! Those therapists know how to treat people, both medically and emotionally!!! Now, if I can just teach him to type for himself.

I was apprehensive about going into Physical Therapy due to negative experiences from some friends and family with other PT centers. I walked into Total Therapy to just take a look around and observe patients and the practitioners working with them. I felt comfortable so I did sign up on the spot. From the first day of PT on my apprehension started diminishing. What a wonderful experience it has been for me. Justin Stiver has given spent time explaining the biomechanics of our body and why it is so important to get it in optimum working order. It has been a wonderful education and now I am on a quest to work hard on getting and keeping my body strong and hopefully avoid future injuries. I have watched all the therapists at Total Therapy and they not only work very well with patients but treat all with so much compassion. Thank you Justin and everyone at Total Therapy.
